I think an Ionic hair dry would be the best because instead of drying out and damaging the hair it puts the ions your hair needs back into the hair to keep it healthy and give it life. I believe its also leaves the hair silky and shiney.

I have used a zillion blow dryers and one that works amazing is

SPEEDFREAK RUSK PROFESSIONAL 2000 WATT CERAMIC TURBO DRYER. I have really curly/wavy/frizzy hair and it straightens my hair perfectly and very quickly without the damage of a straightener. I highly recommend it. I listed their website below. They list it for $135.00 but I got mine at Ulta Beauty Salon for like $110.00
