How do you clean the dust out of the back vent part of your hair dryer?

I use an old toothbrush - make sure the toothbrush is dry and just start rubbing the back of the vent and the lint will just kinda clump together on the brush and just pluck it off.

Pretty neat and easy.

Good luck!

I just hit it with a handheld vaccum for a second or two, then spritz it with water.

Tweezers or that bottled air for the computer...

I usually dampen it with a damp Kleenex, and whatever I can't wipe off that way I use a tweezers to pull out. It's easier when it's damp. (Just make sure the dryer isn't plugged in and don't get it too wet.)

Use the upholstery brush attachment on your vaccuum, it's the one with the brush. The bristles will help dislodge the dust and the vaccuum will take it away.

(Pardon me, but per another comment, I would never spritz water on an electrical appliance, you are likely to get shocked or short out the motor.)

canned air or an old, unused toothbrush.

Many of the ones with side vents, have vents that pop off for easy cleaning. I would check your back vent to see if it will pop off. If not, I have used the tip of a pencil to pluck the lint out.
