That's a tough one but I'd say head over to Walmart and you should go by the wattage, the higher the wattage the quicker your hair will dry, and you should find something there.

and i can tell you that the warhouse, target, kmart(wich is like walmart i think ) you will be able to get them and places such as crazy clarks (doller shops) where they have good stuff for less
